Role Overview
As a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive, you’ll join a highly experienced team and contribute to the firm’s continued growth in commercial property services. This full-time role is perfect for a proactive legal professional who thrives in a collaborative setting and is eager to build upon their expertise. You’ll handle a diverse commercial property caseload, with the flexibility to incorporate residential work if desired. Additionally, there is an exciting opportunity to play a significant role in business development, with the potential to develop a department of your own.
Commercial Lawyer Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied commercial property caseload
- Demonstrate outstanding client care and maintain high standards of service.
- Work closely and effectively with the broader team to ensure cohesive operations.
- Actively participate in business development activities for the commercial property department.
- Contribute to the department’s growth and explore opportunities to establish a new department.
- Consistently meet fee-earning targets with limited supervision.
Commercial Lawyer Requirements:

At least 3+ years of post-qualification experience in commercial property law.

Proven client care skills with a commitment to personalised service.

Ability to collaborate harmoniously within a team environment.

Confidence in managing a varied caseload independently.
