About the Role
We are seeking a talented Commercial Property Lawyer to become an integral part of our Land and Property team. This full-time position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to manage complex commercial conveyancing matters with significant autonomy.
Commercial Property Lawyer Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of commercial property transactions from initial instruction through to post-completion
- Work with minimal supervision, demonstrating professional independence and expertise
- Guide and support junior team members in legal processes and professional development
- Contribute to business development efforts and firm networking activities
- Maintain precise time recording and consistently meet professional targets
- Utilise advanced case management and digital dictation technologies
Commercial Property Lawyer Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience
- Comprehensive working knowledge of Commercial Property and Land Law
- Proven ability to manage complete transaction lifecycles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software platforms
- Strong networking and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- High level of professional integrity and organisational capability
