About the Role
This role involves working within a busy Commercial Property team advising on a variety of commercial property matters. You will assist a range of clients, including notable local and national organisations, on transactions such as sales, purchases, leases, refinancing and development-related work. The position offers genuine progression opportunities, exposure to a broad range of high-quality work, and the chance to play an active role in business development and client engagement.
Commercial Property Lawyer Responsibilities
- Advising clients on the sale, purchase, leasing and refinancing of business premises
- Supporting development work and unit sales, including development agreements
- Advising on pre-emption, option and promotion agreements
- Providing corporate support and guidance on commercial licences and easements
- Engaging with clients proactively and delivering excellent client service
- Supporting business development and networking to help grow the practice
Commercial Property Lawyer Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- NQ up to approximately 2 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) in commercial property work
- Technically competent with a strong interest in developing your commercial property expertise
- Confident in your ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Keen to contribute to business generation and practice development
