About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to independently manage your own busy caseload of commercial property matters including secured lending, leases, landlord and tenant matters, freehold acquisitions and disposals, and various commercial property transactions. You'll work with excellent clients and professional contacts while being part of a supportive team environment.
Commercial Property Lawyer Responsibilities
- Independently managing your own busy caseload of commercial property matters
- Handling secured lending transactions
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
- Managing landlord and tenant matters
- Buying and selling freehold commercial properties and businesses
- Dealing with options, easements, and other commercial property matters
- Maintaining excellent relationships with clients and professional contacts
- Providing assistance to other team members when required
- Delivering exceptional service and advice to clients
Commercial Property Lawyer Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX lawyer with at least 1 year's experience
- Strong commercial property experience
- Excellent client care skills
- Confident using case management systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Focused on providing exceptional service
- Ability to work well within a team
- Commercially minded approach
