About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing commercial property team, working on diverse matters including retail projects, leisure projects, acquisitions, and portfolio sales. You'll manage your own files while actively participating in marketing and networking. Genuine opportunities exist to build and lead a team with associate or partnership prospects.
Commercial Property Lawyer Responsibilities
- Undertaking property work for commercial landlords and tenants
- Handling joint venture work, retail and leisure projects
- Managing acquisitions of development sites
- Advising on commercial contracts
- Building and growing client and referrer relationships
- Managing portfolio sales and acquisitions
- Handling business transfer work
- Project management of complex transactions
- Active participation in marketing and networking
- Managing own files and maintaining Lexcel compliance
Commercial Property Lawyer Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with minimum 2 years' PQE
- General experience of commercial law essential
- Commercial market awareness
- Excellent technical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Enthusiastic and driven approach
- Strong networking abilities
