About the Role
Working closely with experienced Solicitors, you will assist with a broad range of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, refinancing and property portfolio management. This is a varied and rewarding role with real scope to develop your legal skills within a close-knit and supportive team.
Commercial Property Paralegal Responsibilities
- Assisting with commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion
- Preparing contracts, leases, reports and other legal documentation
- Conducting searches and due diligence investigations
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors
- Managing files and maintaining accurate case records
- Supporting fee earners across a varied commercial property caseload
Commercial Property Paralegal Requirements
- Previous experience as a Commercial Property Paralegal or within a property law team
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Proficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office
