Construction and Infrastructure Lawyer Responsibilities:

Handle non-contentious construction and infrastructure matters

Work on residential and commercial development projects

Support renewable energy initiatives

Manage urban regeneration schemes
-
Handle financing arrangements and joint ventures
-
Draft and negotiate operation/maintenance contracts
-
Provide direct client advice from day one
-
Work closely with Partners and Senior Associates
Construction and Infrastructure Lawyer Requirements:

3-4 years PQE as a Solicitor, Associate, or Legal Executive

Strong experience in construction transactions
-
Proficiency with NEC, JCT, and FIDIC contracts

Knowledge of professional appointments and construction documentation
-
Experience with construction aspects of land sale contracts (beneficial)

Understanding of agreements for lease and development agreements

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Commercial acumen and pragmatic approach

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
