About The Role
This full-time, office-based position offers the opportunity to join a market-leading team spanning multiple specialisms within New Homes Conveyancing. You'll work with cutting-edge case management technology that allows the team to focus on exceptional customer service and quality. This role provides crucial administrative support to ensure smooth operations while offering genuine opportunities to grow your conveyancing career.
Conveyancing Assistant Responsibilities
- Manage caseloads and provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations across the conveyancing team.
- Provide individuals and businesses with first-class service across a wide range of conveyancing transactions.
- Amend and collate letters with enclosures, adhering to deadlines and securing appropriate sign-offs from relevant lawyers.
- Engage professionally with clients, stakeholders, and third parties, promptly addressing correspondence, calls, and emails.
- Work alongside Conveyancers and members of the wider Real Estate Group to deliver exceptional service.
- Handle various post-completion tasks, progressively taking on more responsibility for deadlines and complex matters.
Conveyancing Assistant Requirements
- Experience working within conveyancing with understanding of conveyancing procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail.
- Capability to develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout transactions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Ability to complete tasks quickly and accurately, meeting the needs of assigned lawyers.
- Commitment to working within a quality standard environment and maintaining high professional standards.
- Strong IT skills with ability to quickly learn new case management systems.
- Desire to work in an interesting, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
