Our client is a respected two-office firm currently undergoing an exciting period of growth and investment. They pride themselves on delivering personalised service to each client while embracing modern systems and working practices.
Conveyancing Paralegal Responsibilities:
- Assist fee earners with compiling and sending draft contract papers
- Draft AP1's and TR1's
- Request and manage searches
- Handle Land Registry and SDLT matters
- Chase outstanding enquiries and send requisition statements
- Work on freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and remortgages
- Collaborate with fee earners to support departmental growth
Conveyancing Paralegal Requirements:
- 2 years solid experience in Residential Conveyancing
- Confidence in written and verbal communications
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency with case management systems and online platforms (e.g., SDLT submissions, Land Registry applications)
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Enthusiastic, positive, and proactive attitude
- Commitment to ongoing training and development
