About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to support the Dispute Resolution department with a wide range of matters including commercial litigation, property disputes, contentious trusts and probate, and construction disputes. Based in Kingsbridge, you'll gain valuable experience across high-level work with genuine progression opportunities.
Paralegal Responsibilities
- Supporting the team with a wide range of litigation matters
- Conducting research on case law, statutes, and procedural rules
- Preparing legal documents with precision
- Liaising professionally with clients and lawyers
- Managing fee earning work and meeting monthly targets
- Assisting with case preparation and file management
- Contributing to exceptional client service delivery
- Building lasting business relationships
Paralegal Requirements
- Proven experience working in law firms, preferably in dispute resolution
- Strong academic background in law
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong research skills across case law and procedural rules
- Experience preparing legal documents accurately
- Experience of fee earning and meeting monthly targets
- Collaborative mindset and team player
- Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
