About the Role
You'll support the Dispute Resolution team across a varied caseload including commercial litigation, property disputes, contentious trusts and probate, and construction matters. Based in Kingsbridge, this role offers real exposure to high-quality work with genuine progression opportunities.
Dispute Resolution Paralegal Responsibilities
- Supporting the team across a broad range of litigation matters
- Researching case law, legislation, and procedural rules
- Drafting legal documents to a high standard
- Liaising with clients and fee earners professionally
- Managing fee earning work and contributing to monthly targets
- Assisting with case preparation and file management
Dispute Resolution Paralegal Requirements
- Solid experience in a law firm, ideally within dispute resolution
- Strong academic background in law
- Confident researcher with excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage competing priorities and work under pressure
- Comfortable with fee earning targets
- A collaborative team player with great communication skills
- Competent in case management software and Microsoft Office
