Employment Paralegal Responsibilities:
- Support the firm's employer advisory service, handling client queries via phone and email
- Draft employment-related documents and correspondence
- Conduct legal research to support case development
- Create and update employment contracts and handbooks using precedent banks
- Assist with litigation, dispute resolution, and corporate restructuring projects
- Support large-scale redundancies and business transfer processes
- Maintain accurate case files and documentation
Employment Paralegal Requirements:
- You will have Paralegal experience preferably in employment law or HR
- Understanding of employment law and HR practices (advantageous)
- Strong academic background in law or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and task management
- Strong teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
