Resolution members throughout, the team is committed to delivering the highest standards of client care with sensitivity and expertise.
About the Role
You will work across a broad range of privately funded family matters within a busy and experienced team. With hybrid working available and a genuine focus on training and development, this is a role that offers both quality of work and long-term career progression.
Family Lawyer Responsibilities
- Handling a broad range of privately funded family matters including divorce and separation, and financial remedy proceedings
- Advising on TOLATA and Schedule 1 Children Act disputes
- Managing child arrangements disputes and urgent injunctions
- Delivering a high standard of client care throughout every matter
- Working collaboratively as part of a close-knit family team
- Managing files independently while being supported by experienced colleagues
Family Lawyer Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 0–5 years' PQE in family law
- Experience of and genuine interest in private family work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed to delivering outstanding client care
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Personable, driven and enthusiastic with a proactive approach
