About the Role
You will manage your own varied caseload of family law matters, working with the backing of a collaborative team. There is real scope to contribute to business development and networking, as well as to maintain and build on the firm's strong existing client relationships.
Family Lawyer Responsibilities
- Managing a varied and high-quality family law caseload independently
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing to business development and networking activities

- Maintaining effective file management and organisational standards
Family Lawyer Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with practising rights and 3+ years' PQE
- Experience managing your own family law caseload including divorce and separation, financial remedy proceedings, and private children matters
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
- Excellent client care and communication skills, written and verbal
- Organised, meticulous and solutions-focused approach
- Positive, collaborative attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a technically strong and experienced family lawyer with at least 3 years' PQE and a genuine enthusiasm for their work.
