About the Role
You will manage your own varied caseload of civil litigation matters with confidence and minimal supervision, working closely with other departments and becoming an integral part of a growing team.
Litigation Lawyer Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of civil and commercial disputes, landlord and tenant, debt claims, contentious probate and boundary disputes
- Working directly with clients and providing excellent client care throughout
- Managing files independently with a proactive, commercial approach
- Collaborating with colleagues across departments
Litigation Lawyer Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years' PQE
- Solid experience handling a broad range of civil litigation matters
- Strong organisational skills and excellent client care abilities
- Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Proactive and commercial approach to dispute resolution
