About the Role
You will support a busy Private Client team across a range of matters including wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, probate and estate administration. This is a varied and rewarding role with real scope for development within a supportive and experienced team.
Paralegal Responsibilities
- Assisting fee earners with wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, probate and estate administration matters
- Liaising with clients, third parties and other professionals on behalf of the team
- Drafting correspondence and legal documents under supervision
- Maintaining accurate and well-organised client files
- Supporting the team with general administration and case progression
Paralegal Requirements
- Previous experience as a paralegal in a private client legal environment
- Good understanding of wills, probate and estate administration processes
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong client communication skills, both written and verbal
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach
