Private Client Lawyer Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of estate administration matters
- Handling probate applications and estate accounts
- Advising on wills, trusts, and estate planning matters
- Preparing lasting powers of attorney and related documentation
- Providing high-quality advice to clients and their families
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships across the firm
- Managing and exceeding client expectations through proactive service
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Contributing to the development and growth of the Private Client department
Private Client Lawyer Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (applications welcomed from newly qualified to experienced)
