Property Lawyer Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, effective legal services as a valued member of the Property Department
- Manage a diverse caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, shared ownership, and remortgages
- Provide expert advice to clients throughout all stages of property transactions
- Promote and develop the department through internal initiatives and external networking
- Contribute to the firm's continued growth and maintain its excellent reputation
- Mentor and support junior team members (for experienced candidates)
- Attend networking events and external functions as required
Property Lawyer Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or Practitioner
- Minimum 2 years PQE with residential property experience, or 3+ years successfully managing own residential property caseload
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on varied residential property matters
- Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Commitment to professional development and networking
