Property Lawyer Responsibilities
- Managing your own caseload of residential or commercial property matters
- Handling property transactions from instruction to completion
- Providing clear, professional communication with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Managing risk and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Meeting performance targets and managing billing effectively
- Building lasting business relationships with clients
- Delivering exceptional client experience
- Contributing to the growth and development of the department
- Working collaboratively within the team
- Maintaining excellent attention to detail and organisation
Property Lawyer Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ years' PQE
- Strong experience in residential or commercial property law
- Solid grasp of risk management and regulatory compliance
- Confidence managing own caseload and meeting performance targets
- Clear, concise, and professional communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Enquiring mind and commitment to developing skills
- Enthusiasm for building business relationships
