About the Role
You will join a strong and growing property litigation team, handling a wide range of property-related disputes for businesses, landlords, landowners and high net worth individuals. You will be encouraged to develop areas of specialism, contribute to business development, and grow your own profile alongside the firm's reputation in this area.
Property Litigation Lawyer Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of property litigation matters including residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes and land-related disputes such as rights of way, restrictive covenants and adverse possession
- Acting for a diverse client base including businesses, developers, landowners, councils, charities and high net worth individuals
- Contributing to wider commercial litigation matters including insolvency and debt recovery where appropriate
- Participating actively in business development and building your own professional profile
- Working collaboratively with the wider real estate, agricultural and sector teams
Property Litigation Lawyer Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
- NQ to 5 years' PQE with an existing property litigation-focused skill set
- Confident managing your own caseload with excellent client care skills
- Enthusiastic, committed and proactive approach to your work
- Keen to develop the firm's property litigation offering and your own brand in the market
