Role Overview
As a Property Paralegal within the Social Housing Property team, you will handle a diverse range of property transactions while working alongside experienced legal professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal to further develop their career within a supportive and progressive environment. Property Paralegal Responsibilities:
- Handle a varied caseload of property transactions including individual acquisitions and sales
- Manage plot sales and shared ownership transactions
- Process staircasing applications, assignments, and lease extensions
- Deal with Land Registry applications and requisitions
- Support the team with general property transactions
- Maintain strong client relationships and clear communication throughout all matters
Property Paralegal Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Property Paralegal with ability to manage own caseload
- Experience in social housing matters (advantageous)
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and property transactions
- Experience in sales, acquisitions, and lease matters
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Positive attitude and proactive approach
