Residential and Rural Property Lawyer Responsibilities
- Managing complex residential and rural property transactions for high-net-worth individuals and financial institutions
- Handling substantial estate matters and high-value rural property acquisitions and disposals
- Taking lead responsibility for cases from inception to completion with high degree of autonomy
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships with focus on exceptional client care and service delivery
- Actively developing business opportunities and generating new client connections across the rural property market
- Networking and participating in business development activities to expand the firm's rural property client base
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple office locations to deliver seamless client service
- Contributing to the strategic growth and development of the rural property practice area
Residential and Rural Property Lawyer Requirements
- You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive up to Associate or Senior Associate level
- Experience in residential and rural property law within a successful property team environment
- Proven track record of handling complex, high-value property transactions and rural estate matters
- Strong business development mindset with demonstrable experience in client relationship building and networking
