We are currently looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to become an integral part of a highly successful Residential Conveyancing team based in Taunton. Residential Conveyancer Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated caseload of conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
- Provide premium conveyancing services to individuals and businesses across diverse transactions
- Review key documentation with meticulous attention to detail
- Oversee completion processes and resolve client due diligence matters
- Drive transactions forward with clear understanding of each client's specific requirements
- Maintain exceptional quality standards and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate effectively with the wider team, including assistant-level colleagues
- Build and nurture strong client relationships based on trust and exceptional service
Residential Conveyancer Requirements
- You will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Paralegal/Fee Earner
- You will have specific Residential Conveyancing experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage a substantial caseload efficiently and effectively
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and analytical capabilities
