This role would suit a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer who is passionate about progressing their career with a reputable firm in North Devon.
Residential Conveyancer responsibilities:
- Running your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters from initial instruction to completion
- Providing quality advice to clients
- Undertaking business development and networking opportunities
Residential Conveyancer requirements:
- You will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- You will have experience gained specifically within Residential Conveyancing
- You will be able to run your own caseload from initial instruction to completion
- You will have strong written and communication skills
- Ideally, you will have local connections and a desire to build relationships with referrers, agents and the local community
