About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to independently manage your own busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, and remortgages. Due to departmental growth, you'll join a busy and friendly team while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and professional contacts. The role is ideal for an experienced fee earner with their own professional contacts and clients.
Residential Conveyancer Responsibilities
- Independently managing your own busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters
- Handling sales, purchases, and remortgages from instruction to completion
- Maintaining excellent relationships with clients, professional contacts, and work providers
- Providing assistance to other fee earners in the team when required
- Delivering exceptional service and advice to clients
- Using case management systems confidently
- Progressing transactions efficiently and meeting deadlines
- Building and maintaining client relationships
Residential Conveyancer Requirements
- At least 1 year's experience in residential conveyancing
- Proven track record of independent fee earning
- Ideally have own professional contacts and clients
- Excellent client care skills
- Confident using case management systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Focused on providing exceptional service
- Ability to work well within a team
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
