Avocet Legal Careers has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established, reputable local law firm based in Axminster.
This role would suit a qualified Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or experienced Paralegal.
Residential Conveyancer responsibilities:
- Running your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters from initial instruction to completion
- Providing quality advice to clients
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds and other legal documents
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other stakeholders
- Undertaking some business development and networking opportunities
Residential Conveyancer requirements:
- You will be a qualified Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or an experienced Paralegal
- You will have a minimum of 1 years experience within Residential Conveyancing
- You will be motivated and ambitious
- You will have strong communication skills
- Ideally, you will have local connections and a desire to build relationships with referrers, agents and the local community
