This role would suit a qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Residential Conveyancing Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced candidate to join a brilliant team undertaking high value and high quality work. You will be part of a small, busy and friendly team. This is a full-time, in-office position.
Residential Conveyancer responsibilities:
- Running your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters from initial instruction to completion to include purchases, sales, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Providing quality advice to clients
- Providing mentorship and support to more junior members of the team
- Undertaking some business development and networking opportunities
Residential Conveyancer requirements:
- You will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- You will have extensive experience gained specifically within Residential Conveyancing
- You will be able to run your own caseload from initial instruction to completion with minimal supervision
- You will be motivated and ambitious
- You will have strong communication skills
- Ideally, you will have local connections and a desire to build relationships with referrers, agents and the local community
