Residential Property Lawyer Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion
- Utilise case management and digital dictation software
- Work to targets and deadlines while maintaining accurate time records
- Provide guidance to other team members
- Network and promote the practice
- Contribute to business development initiatives
Residential Property Lawyer Requirements:
- 2+ years PQE as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Strong knowledge of Residential Property and Land Law
- Experience managing a full residential property caseload
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High degree of professional integrity
- Valid driving license and own transport
- Local connection to the area (desirable)
- Business development experience, including social media (desirable)
