Residential Property Lawyer Responsibilities
- Managing own caseload of residential property matters
- Advising clients on buying and selling properties
- Handling transfers of equity, shared ownership, and remortgages
- Providing high-quality, effective legal service
- Promoting and developing the department internally and externally
- Maintaining the high reputation of the firm
- Working successfully with other lawyers and support staff
- Networking and attending external events regularly
Residential Property Lawyer Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or Practitioner
- 2 years PQE with residential property experience, or successfully managed own caseload for minimum 3 years
- Experience working independently on variety of residential matters essential
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong commitment to quality and client service
- Enthusiasm and commitment to the role
- Completed qualification not essential for strong candidates
