About the Role
This structured two-year training contract leads to qualification as a solicitor through the SQE route. The position offers extensive exposure to Medical Negligence work, including clinical negligence claims and Personal Injury Trusts following settlements. Working alongside experienced practitioners, this role provides an excellent foundation for building a career in Medical Negligence law.
Trainee Solicitor Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day caseload under supervision
- Handle aspects of medical negligence claims
- Support work on Personal Injury Trusts
- Maintain accurate case files and documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients and healthcare professionals
- Keep updated with relevant legal developments
- Manage personal workload efficiently

Trainee Solicitor Requirements
