Avocet Legal Careers has a great opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established, local law firm based in Chard.
This role would suit a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or strong Paralegal with fee earning experience. It is essential that the successful candidate has specific Residential Conveyancing experience. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced candidate to join a reputable, friendly team undertaking high value and high quality work. This is a full-time, onsite position.
Residential Conveyancer responsibilities:
- Running your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters from initial instruction to completion to include purchases, sales, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Providing quality advice to clients
- Undertaking some business development and networking opportunities
Residential Conveyancer requirements:
- You will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Paralegal with fee earning experience
- You will have specific Residential Conveyancing experience
- You will be able to run your own caseload from initial instruction to completion
- You will have strong communication skills
- Ideally, you will have local connections and a desire to build relationships with referrers, agents and the local community
